Factory Inspections
We are very lucky to be able to meet every factory we deal with, it is very important to us that we visit the factory producing goods for us. Building a relationship and checking the compliance of who we work with is at the heart of what we do. We take measures to audit the workplace conditions and practices of each company and can share reports with you where required.
Shipping
Let us handle moving your shipment from the factory all the way to your door here in the UK or elsewhere in the world. We work closely with our shippers to make sure we keep the cost as low as possible whilst ensuring delivery is as fast as possible. Full tracking is available for all shipments.
Sample Management
We have express accounts with DHL & TNT as well as European staff in the far east who will have a better understanding of your market and what the item is for. We will provide you with as many videos and images of your sample before it leaves so you can iron out any issues before the item is sent. With staff in the UK and Asia we are always moving forward with your project no matter what time of day.

Branding and Packaging
We have a dedicated team who can assist you in designing packaging. Some clients will be happy with factory standard packaging but if you are looking for a shelf ready product but don't have the experience, we can help!
Product Testing
Making sure your product is safe to use in your market is very important. If you have testing requirements you can inform us at the time of quotation and we can assist you in carrying out the necessary tests. We have completed over 1,000 EN71 tests to CE mark toys in Europe and we have a very close relationship with CTI one of the largest testing companies in China.
